Year end financial statements for companies, sole traders, partnerships and limited liability partnerships 
We will prepare year end financial statements in accordance with statutory requirements for business reporting.  These statements will be drawn up from information supplied to us by the business accountant.  The business must conform to the requirements of a SME business which does not require audited accounts.  Once financial statements have been signed off we will do the submissions to HMRC, all tax returns and to Companies House.

 

Monthly or quarterly management accounts (flash summaries or detailed) 
We will prepare monthly or quarterly management accounts, as required by the owners of the business, for the business, for the business from information that has been supplied to us by their accountant.  These management account's can be in either a one page format showing Turnover, Cost of sales and Expenses, Balance at Bank, Outstanding Debtors or in a full management account format of Budget/Actual/Variance and percentage variance.
