Over the years we have
been involved in the implementation of financial accounting
software systems such as Omicron Power Systems, AccPac and
presently Dynamics GP (formally Great Plains). When
implementing a computer system, either as migrating from one
system to another or as a new installation we cover the
following procedures:
System
analysis
The system analysis will cover
all aspects of your present system - paper flow, automated
processes, hardware and any other matters which will assist
us in designing the new system.
System
design
The new system will be a
combination of what you have at present and your "wish list"
to eliminate problem areas. The system design is
centred on providing the end user with a system which
produces the management information they require but also
allows for future growth and expansion. This document
can then be used as a basis off getting quotes from vendors
for both hardware and accounting software.
Project manage the implementation
As we are not vendors of either computer hardware
or software we are in a position of being able to project
manage the installation and implementation of any system you
chose.
Training on Dynamics GP
(Great Plains)
We can
offer on site training on the Dynamics GP Modules which
include General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable,
Sales Order Processing (SOP), Purchase Order Processing (POP),
Inventory, Multi currency, Cash Book Management, Bank
Reconciliations, Project Management, Integration Manager and
FRO.

We can offer on site,
online and telephone support on the Dynamics GP Modules which
include General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable,
Sales Order Processing (SOP), Purchase Order Processing (POP),
Inventory, Multi currency, Cash Book Management, Bank
Reconciliations, Project Management, Integration Manager and
FRx.

STATEMENTS Year
End Financial Statements for Companies, Sole Traders,
Partnerships and Limited Liability Partnerships.
MANAGEMENT
ACCOUNTS
We
will prepare monthly or quarterly management accounts, as
required by the owners of the business, for the business from
the information that has been supplied to us during the
year for processing via our bureau system.
 VAT & INTRASTAT RETURNSFrom the information on
our system we will be able to complete and submit your
quarterly VAT and Intrastat returns to HMRC.
PAYROLL
SERVICES
We are in the position to be able to offer
clients the facility to process their weekly and monthly
payrolls.
